Volunteer & Flight Line Manager Sign Up
We are so thankful for your interest in volunteering or working at Rampage 2025! We have so many amazing things planned, and we couldn't do it without our FPV family coming together to help put on the best FPV event of the year!
Rampage is held at GTI, a 750 acre facility! In an effort to help our guests get around faster, we have created a Rampage Transportation System using Golf Carts running from a central location to each of the Flight Lines. For this system to work, we need volunteer Tram Drivers! This is a very fun AND important role! Tram Drivers will be responsible for driving the golf carts, engaging with our guests, communicating with the Rampage Ops Manager or GTI if help is needed, and making any announcements that may come up to guests in your cart. This role requires a person that is customer service oriented, has a valid drivers license, and is 18+. It is also important that you will be available to start your shift ON-TIME. If the Tram Driver isn't present, the transportation line is not able to run.
The other area we need volunteers is for the Junkyard track set up with Let’s Fly RC on Friday morning.
Below are links to TWO different online sign up forms. The first is for Volunteer Sign Ups, and the second is for PAID Flight Line Manager sign ups. All Volunteer shifts are 4 hours, and come with the below perks. The paid Flight Line Manager role requires at least 1 shift, 8 hours each shift with a 30 minute lunch break.
All Volunteers and Flight Line Managers must be able to attend a mandatory staff meeting and BBQ on Friday, May 17th at tentatively scheduled for 6:00 PM.
VOLUNTEERS
All Volunteers receive a Volunteer T-Shirt, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages during their shift, a 15% Off Discount to the Rotor Riot Store at Rampage, a free 20x20 campsite (with 2 shifts), and an entry into a special sponsored product giveaway for just Volunteers and Staff.
Each shift is 4 hours and volunteers can sign up for up to 2 shifts per day.

FLIGHT LINE MANAGERS (Paid)
Flight Line Managers must work at least 1 shift per day, October 17th, 18th, and 19th. Managers will receive $18 per hour as an Independent Contractor. All sign-ups are subject to approval by the Rampage Flight Line Manager Supervisor.
Flight Line Managers must be able to execute the Flight Line Workflow, which has been established to keep the lines moving. [For additional details, CLICK HERE.]
Flight Line Managers receive a complimentary pilot pass, a free 20x20 Campsite, snacks & non-alcoholic beverages during shifts, a STAFF T-Shirt, and swag bag. If you’ve already purchased your Spectator or Pilot Pass we will issue you a refund.
