RATE MY RIP FREESTYLE COMPETITION

This is the main event where FPV pilots from across the globe battle it out with their gnarliest, most creative freestyle clips. If you’ve been filming tight lines all year or just want to try your luck, this is your chance. 

• Competition Rules:

  • Video Length: EXACTLY 60 seconds (not 59, not 61—keep it tight!)

  • Editing: Only color grading and background music is allowed.

  • No overlays: Don’t add your Instagram handle, your logo, or anything that hints at who you are.
    

After submissions close, it’s game on. The entire FPV community casts their votes online, and then the top 10 get the golden ticket:

Submit a video and then pick your favorite entries

• The videos with the most votes will be announced on Friday, October 10th, and will advance to the CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND.

Rotor Riot Community Spotlight Live at Rampage

Attention all Pilots attending Rampage! Don't miss your chance to be featured in the Rotor Riot Community Spotlight Live at Rampage show, co-hosted by BubbyFPV & Rotor Riot Pilots on Sunday, May 19th. As a ticketed Rampage guest, you're invited to submit your drone videos to Drone Nation for a chance to showcase your skills and win prizes. Plus, we'll watch the top videos together on a 26' screen in Community Square, so you won't want to miss it!

COMPETITION RULES:

*You must have a Spectator Pass, Pilot Pass, or Platinum Pass to enter Community Spotlight*

• Video must be submitted by Sunday, October 12th at 11:59 PM

• Videos must be 2 minutes or less. Videos do NOT need to be new!

• You may submit one video per category. There are 5 categories, but you do not have to enter all categories.

All Rampage ticketed guests will be able to vote for their favorite videos beginning Monday October 6th at 12:00 AM EST and ending on Saturday October 12th at 11:59 PM EST.  

Submit a video and then pick your favorite entries from the gallery to determine who wins the contest.

Good Ol’ Freestyle
Take to the skies and show off your Good Ol' Freestyle flying. Whether you're weaving through tight spaces, performing mind-bending stunts, or just showing off your unique style, we want to see your best FPV Freestyle footage.

Cinematic

Lights, camera, drones! We're looking for the most stunning, cinematic drone footage out there. Whether you're capturing sweeping landscapes, epic action shots, or just some incredible aerial views, we want to see your most cinematic creations. So set the scene, hit record, and show us what you've got!

Micros

Small but mighty! We want to see your best footage using these pint-sized drones, whether it's racing through tight spaces or pulling off jaw-dropping stunts. So break out your tiny drones and start filming!

Creative

The Creative category is all about showcasing your imagination and originality. Videos entered in this category may feature unique storytelling techniques, impressive editing skills, experimental cinematography, unconventional subject matter... the skies the limit!

Crashes & Bloopers

Sometimes even the best pilots make mistakes, and that's where our Crashes & Bloopers category comes in. Whether you've had a minor mishap or a major crash, we want to see your most hilarious, cringe-worthy, and downright epic drone fails and bloopers. So dust off those drones, get to editing, and share your best crashes and bloopers with us!
